Joyce Adell Schaffer Langford

Joyce A. Langford, 78, of Vidor died Monday, August 2, 2010 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Harrison County, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Joyce was a homemaker and a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 6, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home. Joyce was preceded in death by her sons Mark Smith and Garrell White, Jr., daughter Wanda Smith. She is survived by her sons Paul Smith, Billy Smith and Bobby White all of Vidor, TX, Kelly White of Groves, TX, daughters Jerry Lynn Lopez of Austin, TX, and Jo Bossier of Bridge City, TX, step-son Jerry "Bubba" Langford of Mauriceville, TX, step-daughters Melba Dietz of Houston, TX, Denise Zehrung of Nederland, TX, and Cindy Zeno of Bridge City, TX, 36 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
