Kelly R. Mitchem, 59 of Vidor died Monday, November 1st, 2021 at his residence. A native of Memphis, TN, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Kelly was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Vidor and was a driver for O' Reilly Auto Parts. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Kelly is survived by his wife of 34 years Toni Mitchem, son William Mitchem, sister Donna Reeves and brother Danny Mitchem all of Vidor, TX.
