Kenneth Karo Ray Thomas

March 22, 1932 — August 9, 2010

Karo Thomas, 78, of Vidor died Monday, August 9, 2010 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Palestine, AR, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Karo was a retired Revenue Officer for the Internal Revenue Service. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 13, 2010 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor. Karo is survived by his wife Alice Thomas, sons Terry Ray Thomas of Spring, TX, Kenneth Eugene Thomas of Lake Charles, LA, daughters Dana Alice Thomas of Vidor, TX, Juanita Kay Thomas Dye of Graham, TX, and Susan Lawson Goutchkoff of Houston, TX, brothers Huey Lee Thomas of North Little Rock, AR, Benjamin Edward Thomas of Jacksonville, TX, 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
