Kenneth Neal Gilbreath, Sr

Kenneth Neal Gilbreath, Sr. 74, of Vidor died Monday, November 3, 2014 at his residence surrounded by his family. A native of Recklaw, TX, he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Kenneth was a member of the I.B.E.W. and retired from Motiva Enterprises in 2003 and was a longtime Vidor Pirate fan. A gathering for family and friends will begin at 6:00 pm Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Kenneth is survived by his loving wife Lucille of 52 years, daughters Tammy Rainbolt and husband Tim of Vidor, TX, Kim Picard of Beaumont, TX, Misty Tilley and husband Sean of Vidor, TX, sons Chip Gilbreath and Wife Denise of Vidor, TX, Joe Gilbreath of Beaumont, TX, 9 grandchildren, Charlie, Brodie, Taylor, Trey, Gavin, Brett, Gracyn, Kathryn, Audrey, brothers, Jerry "Hooty" Gilbreath, and Greg Gilbreath both of Vidor, TX, numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Deuel Gilbreath and Nellie, brother Mike Gilbreath and sister Sherry Myers. Kenneth will be greatly missed by a host of lifelong friends.
