Kenneth Vaughn Ledger

Kenneth Vaughn Ledger, 83, of Vidor, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014, at Harbor Hospice. Funeral services will be 10 am, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home in Vidor. Burial will be at Liberty Catholic Cemetery at 1 pm. Visitation will be from 5pm to 9pm, Tuesday at the funeral home. He was born in Beaumont, Texas, on July 13, 1930, to Lawrence and Nora Ledger. After graduating from Silsbee high school he joined the US Air Force. Later he was employed by Schlumberger well service for 37 years, where he was a mechanic. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Ellen Ann Kennedy Ledger, son Glenn Ledger and his wife Joanne, grandchildren Chris Ledger and his wife Jamie, and Tracie Granger her husband Barren , and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Lea Ann Ledger.
