Kimberly Edwards

June 25, 1962 — December 29, 2020

Kimberly Sue Edwards of Vidor passed away on December 29, 2020. She was born to Roger Puckett and Carolyn Weeks on June 25, 1962, she is preceded in death by her mother Carolyn. Kimberly is survived by her daughters Maddy Odom and Callie Edwards of Vidor, Father Roger Puckett and stepmother Barbara Puckett of Houston, siblings Amber and Edward Puckett of Utah. She will also be survived by countless other family members, and friends. Kimberly did so many great things with her life, she provided a bright light everywhere she went. Her growing up was split between southeast Texas and Utah, her soul always longed for the desert but her heart belonged in Texas. Kimberly was a lover of life, she loved to help people and bring joy. Plants were her passion, she could bring life back to anything she touched, but when she wasn’t planting she was dancing. Mom loved to sing and dance, always fluttering around like a true fairy. Kimberly made friends everywhere she went, she spent time working in hospitals and doctor offices, learned how to be an advocate and speak for others. In her later years you would find her prancing around Wal-Mart with her bouncy blonde hair, spreading her glow.
Kimberly was an amazing mother and friend; she will be forever missed. A memorial will be announced at a later date. " I walk down memory lane often, because I love running into you."
