Lester Issac Lott

Lester Lott went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 26, 2021. He was born on March 15, 1940, in Voth, Texas but moved to Vidor the same year. He graduated from Vidor High School in 1959 and continued to reside in Vidor until his death.
Lester was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. He loved spending time with family, friends, and church family. A consummate storyteller, Lester had a way with words and experiences. He always had a smile and ready to greet you with a story to tell.
Lester’s legacy of loving others, sharing a smile and laughter, while always showing compassion and kindness will not be forgotten. He impacted everyone he met with showing the love of Christ. We know there is a great celebration in Heaven as Lester is reunited with his wife of 47 years, Peggy Simmons Lott, along with his parents, Vann and Mildred Lott, brother, Arthur Wilmer Lott and sister Aline Lott Copeland. Lester leaves to honor his memory his two adopted daughters, Violet Emfinger and husband Robert, Opal Northcut and husband Mike with their families of Vidor, Texas, niece Susan and Greg Good of Huntsville, Texas, brother Bobby Lott and sister-in-law Jan Lott, nephew Greg and Tammy Lott of Benedict, Nebraska, nephew Randy and Fran Lott of Benedict, Nebraska, nephew Robert and Becky Lott of Hamshire, Texas, and nephew Jeffery and Sharla Lott of San Antonio, Texas, as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Lester, we will always love and miss you, until we are reunited again one day. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Love and Truth Church Food Outreach.
