Linda Darlene Allen

Linda Darlene Allen, 65, of Vidor, died Thursday, October 7th, 2021 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. She was a longtime resident of Vidor but grew up in Diboll, TX. She was a member of Maplecrest Baptist Church She loved raising and spending time with her kids, loved gardening and doing crafts, such as crocheting, painting, woodworking, and quilting. Visitation for Linda will be Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Monday, October 11, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor at 10:00 AM with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Donald Allen of Vidor, TX, children: Stephen Allen of Amarillo, TX, Curtis and wife Sandy Mitchell of Vidor, TX, Donna Allen of College Station, TX, Brandon and wife Renee Mitchell of Winnie, TX, Brandy Virva of Vidor, TX, Crystal Zeller of Vidor, TX, Shawn Allen of Vidor, TX, and Donald Junior Allen of Vidor, TX, sisters Wanda Oney of Longview, TX and Shirl Lee of Flint, TX, and 17 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Timothy Allen, grandson Cameron Mitchell, parents Doyle and Dorothy Stinson, and brother Donald Stinson.
