Linda Lou Nobles, 69, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Vidor Health and Rehab after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. Linda was born a twin on April 24, 1952 in Denver, Colorado to Printis Ellis and Martha Nichols Ellis. She and her 8 siblings grew up in Vidor, Texas, and was well loved in the community. Linda is survived by her husband, Delton Nobles, 2 children of her own, Cody Murphy and Mandi McDonald, and 1 child through marriage, Justin Nobles; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her twin sister, Brenda York, brother, Keith Ellis, and triplet sisters Regina Higgins and Jimmy, Renee Williamson, and Robyn Pokraka and Roger, sister Carol Ellis, and sister Becky Ardis. She had many many nieces and nephews. Linda loved her family very much and was so proud of each one of them. Linda spent many hours cooking and serving Wednesday night fellowship meals at her church. She loved making people laugh and was a friend you could count on. She had a bright and energetic personality and was known for always being there to lend a hand when there was a need. She touched many lives with her zest for life and her love for the Lord. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation services Wednesday, March 30 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 31 at 10 am. Both will be at Memorial Funeral Home in Vidor with a burial at Forest Lawn in Beaumont. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Printis Ellis and Martha Nichols Ellis, her sisters Dana Kirkland and Pam Lakey, and her brother, Printis Ellis, Jr. “Petey”.
