Louise Burroughs

Louise Burroughs, 79, of Vidor, TX died Wednesday, June 13th, 2018 in Beaumont, TX. A native of Jacksonville, FL she was a longtime resident of Vidor who enjoyed cooking, fishing, traveling, and going out dancing but she especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Louise is survived by 2 daughters; Debbie Slaughter of Vidor and Pam Lee of Franklin, TX, 5 sons; Steven Slaughter and his wife Michelle, Tony Slaughter, David Slaughter and his wife Heather, Randy Slaughter, and Bobby Slaughter, all of Vidor. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, 1 brother; Jerry Burroughs of Silsbee, TX and 1 sister; Judy Burroughs of Pearland, TX. Louise was preceded in death by her husband; Willard Slaughter and 1 brother; Bobby Burroughs. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
