Loy Paul Callahan

Loy P. Callahan, 61, of Vidor died Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A lifelong resident of Vidor, he was a retired control operator after 30 years with BASF. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Allie Callahan of Vidor, sons Loyd Clark Callahan of Vermillion, SD., Kimble Callahan of Vidor, Adam Callahan of Houston, TX., and John Callahan of Alpine, UT., daughters Leah Stilson of Alpine, UT., and Dawn Wagner of Lawrenceville, GA., father Preston Callahan of Douglas, AZ., sister Joy Elaine Callahan of Houston, TX., and nineteen grandchildren.
