Mae Harrison

Mae Harrison, 103, of Vidor died Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of New Port, AR, she was a longtime resident of Alto, Texas before moving to Vidor 35 years ago. Mae was a homemaker and attended Christ Community Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitationwill begin at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Memorial Funeral Home. Mae was preceded in death by her daughter Lillie Mae Stephens, daughter-in-law Peggy Harrison, and son-in-law WJ Winzer. She is survived by her sons Red Harrison and his wife Verna and Harlen Harrison all of Vidor, TX, daughter Helen Winzer of Winnie, TX, 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 24 great great-grandchildren.
