Marie Annette Wilkerson

Annette Wilkerson, 87, of Vidor died Monday, June 27th, 2016 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of New Orleans, LA, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Annette was a member of First Methodist Church in Vidor and was a homemaker. She loved cooking and baking for everyone. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am and visitation will begin at 8:00 am Thursday, June 30, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Annette is survived by her son Ronnie Wilkerson and his wife Kathy of Vidor, TX, daughters Margaret Franklin and her husband Dempsey of Vidor, TX, Peggy Boone and her husband Eugene of Vidor, TX, Sherry Weaver and her husband Rick of Beaumont, TX, brother Donnie Barranco of Slidell, LA, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Hoy Wilkerson. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to First United Methodist Church 501 N.
