Martha Lou Trumble

Martha Trumble, 86 died Wednesday, May 27th, 2015 in Silsbee. She was a longtime resident of Vidor before moving to Buna. She worked for the Vidor Independent School District where she retired and was also the owner of the Trumble Cafe in Buna. Martha liked to crochet, quilt, and bird watching and was known to serve a mean cup of coffee, but she especially loved to spend quality time with her loving family and friends. Martha is survived by a daughter, Connie Eaves and husband Travis of Buna, son, James Trumble, Jr. and wife Noemi of Charlotte, N.C., 4 grandchildren, Teresa Boyette and husband Kevin of Kirbyville, Sherrie Kagle and husband Bubba of Buna, Rhonda Freeman and husband Benny of Kirbyville, and Andrew Trumble of Charlotte, N.C..She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and a sister, Lillian Myers of Beaumont. Martha was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Cotton Trumble, 2 sons, Darrell and Elton Trumble, a granddaughter, Regina Killen and a great grandson, Darrell Killen. Visitation will be on Friday, May 29, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Services will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
