Melba Courmier

Melba J. Courmier, 86, of Vidor died Friday, July 31st, 2015 at Oakwood Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Beaumont, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Melba attended Eastgate United Pentecostal Church and Faith Tabernacle Church both in Vidor. She was an avid motorcycle rider. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, August 3, 2015 at Faith Tabernacle Church in Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will began at 6:00 pm Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Melba was preceded in death by her husband JM Courmier and her parents Claude and Bessie Block. She is survived by her sons David Lamberth of Easley, SC and Paul Courmier Sr. of Vidor, TX, daughter Donna Courmier of Vidor, TX, brother Gerald Block of Vidor, TX, 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
