Melba Mary Yard

Melba M. Yard, 84, of Vidor died Saturday, December 11, 2010 at her residence. She was a native and a lifelong resident of Vidor. Melba was a retired office supervisor with Western Southern Life Insurance Company and she was a member of First Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home. Melba is survived by her brother L.C. "Jack" Fugate of Beaumont, TX, Nephews David and Don Haney, 4 step-children, 4 step-grandchildren and numerous step great-grandchildren.
