Minnie O. Porter

Minnie Porter, 87, of Vidor died Saturday, March 19, 2005 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, TX. Born in Beaumont, she was a lifelong resident of Vidor, and was owner-operator of Lakeview Bait Shop. She was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor, TX. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX. Visitation will begin 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Minnie is survived by her brother Fred Porter of Vidor, 2-nieces Carole Ann Simon, and Cathy James, four grand nephews, one grand niece, and seven great grand nieces.
