Monroe Edgar Malke

Monroe E. Malke, 81, of Vidor died Thursday, December 30, 2004 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Giddings, TX, he lived in Vidor for 30 years. Monroe retired from the City of Nederland after 33 years as Sanitation Supervisor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 2, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del-Rose Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, January 1, 2005 at memorial Funeral Home. Monroe is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years: Margie Malke of Vidor, TX, sons: Johnny Ray Malke and his wife Laura of Uvalde, TX, Charles Inge of Nederland, TX, daughters: Norma Jean Montgomery and her husband Freddie of Nederland, TX, Rana Inge of Nederland, TX, sisters: Eleen Baker, Bernice Bennett and Gladys Cocker, grandchildren: Christy Stahl, Cody Malke, Randall Montgomery, Ashley Fraser, Jeana Malke and Alicia Inge, 2 great-grandchildren.
