Myrlene Stanley

Myrlene Stanley, resident of Vidor since 1948 went to be with her Heavenly Father, Wednesday, December 18, 2013. She was 90 years young and had been residing at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. Called by many an Angel on earth, as her entire life was dedicated to serving others and helping anyone she could. She is loved dearly by all who knew her and will be missed greatly. She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Jennings of Alvin, TX., three sons, Jerry, Lonnie, and Glenn Stanley all of Vidor. She is blessed with 14 grandchildren, Debbie Darwin of Clear Lake Shores, TX, Steve Darwin of Seabrook, TX., Casey Walton of Midlothian, TX., Albert Jennings of Houston, TX., Jerry Wayne Stanley, Mike Stanley, Terry Stanley, Laura Dodd, Linda Stanley, Lisa Stanley, Billy Stanley, Tony Stanley, Greg Stanley, all of Vidor, and Adam Stanley of Ft. Worth, TX., 25 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren. Viewing will be held at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor on Friday, December 20, 2013 from 8 AM to 10 AM. Graveside services will be held at 10.30 AM at Restlawn Memorial Park.
