Ordis Holton Isam

Ordis Holton Isam, 58, of Vidor died Monday, August 31, 2009 at his residence. Ordis was born January 31, 1951 in Houston, TX to Joe and Thelma Isam. He was a retired industrial painter for Steel Painters, Inc. in Sour Lake and served his country in the US Army during the Viet-Nam conflict. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del-Rose Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Ordis is survived by his wife Linda Isam, sons Joe and Gary Isam both of Vidor, TX, daughters Kim Isam and Sherry Hutchinson both of Vidor, TX, Sara Borders of Kaplan, LA, brothers Ernest Isam of PA, Jerry Isam of Bay Town, TX, sisters Cheryl Lopez of Port Neches, TX, Joyce Purser of Port Arthur, TX, Betty Infante of Bridge City, TX, and 6 grandchildren.
