Patricia "Sissy Ann" Taylor, 75, of Houston died Tuesday, September 21st, 2021 at her home. She was a longtime resident of Houston. Patricia will have a graveside service Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Cooks Cemetery in Liberty, TX. She is survived by her brothers Claude Dowers Jr. of Vidor, TX and Herman Dowers of Vidor, TX, sister Dorothy Richardson of Kirbyville, TX, and niece Debbie Yarborough.
