Phillip W. Opie, 56, of Vidor died Thursday, January 5, 2012 at his residence. A native of Beaumont, Texas, he was lifetime resident of Vidor. Opie was a professional floor installer. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home. Opie is survived by his wife Rebecca Opie, daughters Kristina Fox and her husband Corey, Keri Opie and her fiance Christopher Boxfield all of Vidor, TX, parents Donald and Agnes Opie, brother John Judson of Beaumont, TX, sisters Donna Opie of Beaumont, TX, Linda Judson of Houston, TX, Sandra Marquez of Fannett, TX, Brenda Aldred of Beaumont, TX, and 4 grandchildren Angelina Molvaney, Patience Fox, Brennam Opie, and Kortney Fox.
