Rayford Earl Quave

Rayford Earl Quave, 81, of Vidor, died Friday, May 7th, 2021 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Vidor for 51 years and member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor. He retired after working for General Electric for 20 years. He loved fishing, hunting, traveling in their RV, playing cards and dominoes, and especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. After retiring, Rayford and Gracie would travel and work at National Parks. Services for Rayford will be Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor with a visitation beginning at 1:30 PM and the memorial service will begin a 3:00 PM. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Gracie Quave of Vidor, TX, son Ross Jeffrey Quave and husband Timothy Waldmann of San Diego, CA, daughter Jennifer Quave-Draper and husband Guy Draper of Austin, TX, sister Shirley Greenhaw of Fort Worth, TX, 3 grandchildren: Jedediah, Olive-Anne and Lottie Draper.
