Rev. Henry Thomas Anderson, Sr.

Rev. Henry Anderson, Sr., 81, of Vidor died Friday, May 7, 2010 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, he has lived in Vidor for 70 years, and was a retired minister after 54 years with New Life Assembly of God. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at New Life Assembly of God in Bridge City, with burial to follow at Restlawn MemorialParkin Vidorunder the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home. Rev. Anderson was preceded in death by his daughter Sharon Swarthout, grandchildren:Jacob Christopher Anderson, Christina Anderson Adams, and R.D. Broussard, Jr. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Anderson, sons Henry T. Anderson, Jr., and Dwayne Anderson, Sr all of Vidor, Mark Anderson of Baytown, and Clifton Anderson, Sr of Vidor, daughters Glenda M. Broussard of Vidor, and Pamela Anderson Conlin of Georgetown, TX., brother Andrew Anderson of Austin, fourteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
