Rexford Harold Carter

Rex Carter, 61, of Vidor died Thursday, May 5th, 2016 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Rex retired as the Assistant Chief of Police from the Vidor Police Department after 34 years of service. He enjoyed gardening. Cremation arrangements were intrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home. Rex is survived by his brother Arthur T. Carter, Sr, sisters Ann Frazier and Karen Cavel all of Vidor, TX.
