Richard Wayne "Dicky Wayne" Stutes, 62, of Vidor, TX died September 1st, 2018 at his home. A native of Hope, AR he lived in Vidor for the past three years and liked to go hunting, fishing, and camping. He also enjoyed spending time with friends. Dicky Wayne is survived by his son; Wilson Stutes of Orange, TX and 3 sisters; Libby Darby, Patty Faust, and Janice Ducrepont. He was preceded in death by his wife; Angela Ruth Tully Stutes Bland, and his parents; Elmer and Melba Stutes.
