Roald Iskow Bach

Roald I. Bach, 72 of Vidor died Saturday, March 7th, 2020 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Risor, Norway, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Roald was an operator at Bayer in Baytown, TX for 25 years. He loved to fish and hunt. He also enjoyed traveling and helping his son-in-law and daughter rebuild thier home after the Harvey. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor. Roald is survived by his wife of 49 years Elizabeth "Libby" Bach of Vidor, TX, daughter Lisa Armentrout and her husband Robert of Vidor, TX, Elizabeth Lewis and her husband Michael of Lexington, SC, son Pete Lavine of Vidor, TX, brothers Daniel Bach of Lumberton, TX and Gary Bach of Kountze, TX, 4 grandchildren Nicole Allison, Duncan Lavine, Ian Lewis, and Tate Lewis, 3 great grandchildren Carly, Claire, and Catherine. He was preceded in death by his parents Per Iskow and Dolores Bach and brother Christopher Bach Sr.
