Robert Carrel Lawson

Robert C. Lawson, 79, of Vidor died Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Vidor Health and Rehab Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of San Augustine, he has lived in Vidor since 1959, and was a retired boilermaker and self-employed beekeeper. He served his country in the United States Army. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Robert is survived by his daughter Shirley Carrell and husband Ronald of Vidor, brother Herschel Lawson of Newton, TX., sisters Joan White of Tomball, TX., and Joy Watson of Newton, TX., two grandchildren: Robert Carrell and wife Kelsey of Vidor, and Stacey Carrell of Seattle, WA.
