Robert Dean Garrett, Sr.

Robert Garrett, Sr., 57, of Beaumont died Monday, October 27, 2014 at his residence. A native of Port Arthur, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor before moving to Beaumont. Robert worked at Exxon Mobil for 31 years where he retired as a Supervisor. His true love was brick mason and collecting. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A gathering for family and friends will begin at 6:00 pm Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Robert is survived by his wife of two years Becky Garrett of Beaumont, TX, sons Robby Garrett of Little Cypress, TX, and Randall Garrett of Vidor, TX, daughter Rachelle Garrett of Vidor, TX, brothers Ricky of Mauriceville, TX, Mike of Vidor, TX, Kevin of Mauriceville, TX, Steven of Vidor, TX, Darryl of Maryland and 2 grandchildren.
