Ruby Marie Lackey

Ruby M. Lackey, 84, of Vidor died Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Silsbee Oaks Nursing Home in Silsbee, TX. A native of Cumberland County, KY, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Ruby was a homemaker and a member of Maplecrest Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 29, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home. Ruby is survived by her sons David Lackey of Buna, TX, and Randy Lackey of Brazoria, TX, daughters Iris Moore of Kountze, TX, Mary Rice Livingston, TX, June Qualls of Cayuga, TX, Jane Carter of Vidor, TX, 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
