Shane Michael Shafer, Sr.

Shane M. Shafer, 51, of Vidor died Monday, January 3, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Orange, TX, he was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Shane was a I.T. manager for Marby Foundry. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 7, 2005, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, January 6, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Shane is survived by his wife: Lori Shafer of Vidor, TX, sons: Michael Shafer, Jr and Chris Shafer both of Vidor, TX, daughters: Amy Moyers of Dallas, TX, Natalie Minshew of College Station, TX, parents: Arthur and Unia Shafer of Vidor, TX, sisters: Linda Savoie of Vidor, TX, Dawn Fischer of Beaumont, TX, Cindy Shafer of Vidor, grandson: Blake Shafer of Vidor, TX, step-granddaughter: Amy Langham of Vidor, TX.
