Stella Hattie Oliver

Stella Oliver ,61, went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 29, 2009. Stella was born Feb. 10, 1948 in Rome, NY to Herman and Verona Lawrence. She attended Camden Central School, Wesley Methodist Church in Camden NY. Stella moved to Salt Lake City Utah in 1992. Stella married Robert Oliver June 15, 2006 they lived in Toole, Utah. Stella was a member of the Ladies Auxillary in Toole, UT. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del Rose Cemtery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at The United Methodist Church in Amboy Center, NY., at a later time. Stella is survived by her husband Bobby Oliver of Lumberton, two daughters Karen & Mark Robbins of Lumberton, Teresa & Steve Hall of Vidor, son Robby Lee & Judy Oliver of Bogata, TX., nine brothers Charlie, Donald, and John Lawrence of Camden, NY, Denis Lawrence of Sherrill, NY Herman Lawrence of Amsterdam, NY, Robert Lawrence of Alberton, Georgia, Richard Lawrence of Missouri and Harold Lawrence of St. Augustine, FL. Three sisters Nancy Holms of Halifax, NC, June Skinner of Amboy Center, NY and Mary Perry of Rome, NY., aunt Verna Davis of Blossvale, NY., nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Stella was preceded in death by her parents Herman & Verona Lawrence, brother Larry Lawrence, and nephew Scott Skinner.
