Steve A. Summers, 24, of Vidor died Thursday, July 12, 2007 at his residence in Vidor. A native of Bakersfield, CA, he was a resident of Vidor since 1989. Steve was an Apprentice Electrician with Local Union #479 and was a 2001 Vidor High School graduate. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home. Steve is survived by his father Jack Summers of Vidor, TX, mother Irene Summers of Beaumont, TX, brothers Anthony Summers of Beaumont, TX, Matthew Summers of Bakersfield, CA, Joseph Summers of Castor, LA, sisters Vanessa Chester of Vidor, TX, Lillian Oxford of Bakersfield, CA, Zina Herrington of Henderson, TX, and Tisha Armentrout of Vidor, TX.
