Tedd Collins Owen

Tedd C. Owen, 82, of Vidor died Sunday, April 15, 2007 at his residence. A native of Baxter Springs, KS., he has lived in Vidor for 2 ½ years, and was a minister for 50 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during World War II. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Esther Owen. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Lois Owen of Vidor, son Larry Owen and his wife Kim of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA., daughter Janelle Allen and her husband David of Lomita, CA., sisters Joy Thomas of Bedford, TX., and Helen Potter of Tulsa, OK., six grandchildren: Jeremiah Jordan, Candice Beers and her husband Bryon, Nicole Whiting and her husband Arthur, Jamie Russell and her husband Brandon, Aaron Vanover and his wife Christina, and Jessica Olszewski and her husband Sebastian, and eight great grandchildren: Austin and Brooke Whiting, Jordan and Brody Russell, Megan and Jacob Beers, Nathan Olszewski, and Jesee Vanover.
