Troy E. Haverly, 24, of Port Arthur died Saturday, July 18, 2004 at Pine Arbor Nursing Home in Silsbee, TX. A native of Galveston, TX., he lived in Port Arthur since 1992. Troy was a student at Lamar University and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor. He is survived by his Father and step-mother - Troy and Mary Haverly of Vidor, TX., Mother: Shirley Jones of Summerville, SC., sisters: Laurie Foster of Silsbee, TX., Patricia Ann Alcorn of Charleston, SC.
