Troy Jay Stansbury

Troy Jay Stansbury, 60, of Vidor died Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 at his residence. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, and fishing. He loved being in the mountains and being around family and friends. He also took great joy in riding horses. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. There will be a visitation Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Troy is survived by his sons Joshua and wife Heather Stansbury of Santa Fe, TX and Corey Stansbury of High Island, TX, his sister Paulette and husband Carol Higginbotham of Beaumont, TX, his brothers Bryce and wife Marilyn Stansbury of Port Neches, TX, Daryl Stansbury and wife Judy of Sour Lake, TX, and Nathan Stansbury and wife Melissa of Beaumont, TX, as well as four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Norwood and Myrtis Stansbury, and brother Eric Stansbury.
