Vester Lee Smith

Vester Lee Smith, 76 of Vidor died Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at Hermann Memorial Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of McLean, TX., he has resided in Vidor for the past 45 years. Vester was a retired minister and was the minister for Vidor Full Gospel Fellowship for 12 years. Her was a member of Mauriceville Assembly of God. He is survived by his sons: Rodney Smith and Danny Smith both of Vidor, TX., Jerry Smith of Poplar Bluff, MO., daughter: Rita L. Leverkuhn of Vidor, TX., brothers: Williard quot;Billquot; Smith of Houston, TX., J.G. Smith of Alice, TX., Jud Smith of Enid, OK., Laura Kirkland of Abilene, TX., 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
