Willard Thomas Jones

Willard T. Jones, 84 died Friday, August 7th, 2015 at home. A native of Pennington Gap, VA he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Willard served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. He enjoyed raising cattle and baling hay. He is survived by his loving wife, Ivy Jones of 62 years, 2 sons, Ronnie Davis and wife Nelda of Vidor and Thomas Jones, Sr. and wife Marilyn also of Vidor. Willard is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, 2 sisters, Martha and Irene. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Wayne Jones, a daughter, Barbara Ann Jones, and a grandson, Joel Davis. Visitation will be Monday, August 10, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
