William "Bubba" Alton Pickering

William "Bubba" Alton Pickering, 64, of Vidor, Texas died Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. He was a longtime resident of both Vidor and Buna. During his life he worked in sales at O' Reilly Auto Parts. In his free time he loved fishing, watching football, going bowling, and playing pool. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. The visitation will be held Friday, May 27th, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be held Saturday, May 28th, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor at 10:00 AM. Bubba is survived by his significant other Shanda Tubbs of Vidor, TX, his children Lisa Pickering of Beaumont, TX, Cherry Dunahoe and husband Jeff of Beaumont, TX, Faith Pickering and husband Carl of Starks, LA, Tiffany Novak and husband Rob of Kyle, TX, his brother Everett Pickering of Quitman, TX, his eight grandchildren, Mia Conner, Caleb Pickering, Charlee Dunanhoe, Enjoli Kibodeaux, Dealin Carpenter, Phillip Says, Lilly Says, and Jack Novak, as well as three great grandchildren Gracy Carpenter, Oliver Carpenter and Genevieve Pickering. He was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas Pickering and Modean Strawther, his sister Linda Gail Taylor, and his brother Alton Pickering.
