William Richard "Rooter" Prewitt

Richard "Rooter" Prewitt, 65, of Vidor died Friday, May 6th, 2016 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Richard was a native of Hornbeck, Louisiana, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. He was a member of the Pipefitter Local Union #211 for 40 years. Cremation arrangements were intrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Richard is survived by his sons John-John Prewitt and Rich Prewitt both of Beaumont, TX, mother Lillie Prewitt of Vidor, TX, sisters Opal Aden of Hornbeck, LA and Doris Prewitt of Vidor, TX, brother Bobby Don Prewitt of Vidor, TX and Cecil Prewitt of Houston, TX, 1 granddaughter and close friend Joann Harlan of Vidor, TX..
