Allen Mccarthur Gentry

Allen Gentry, 72, of Vidor, TX died Monday, July 31st, 2017 at Vidor Health and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Alexandria, LA he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Allen worked most of his life as a carpenter and liked fishing, hunting and smoking brisket. A graveside service will be on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Williamson Cemetery. He is survived by 2 sisters; Kathleen Cleveland of Warren, TX and Betty Morris of Vidor. Allen was preceded in death by 1 son; Dan Edwards Gentry.
