Annie Lewis

ANNIE LEWIS, 78, of Vidor went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 24, 2002 at 11:02 a.m. at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of Beaumont, TX., she has lived in Vidor for 31 years, and was a retired billing clerk for Roger’s Enterprises in Beaumont, TX. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at Victory Bible Baptist Church in Vidor, TX., under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 26, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She is preceeded in death by her husband of 35 years, Theo Lewis. She is survived by her sons: Paul Lewis of Port Arthur, TX., Alan Lewis of Vidor, TX., daughter Kathy Lewis Hahn of Georgetown, TX., grandchildren Ashton, and Emily Lewis; Karl, Kristina, and Nathan Hahn. Anyone who knew Annie would know of the love that she had for her Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ of whom she shared in numerous original works of poem, prose and short novels. She was a serious student of the Word of God and her desire was to spread the gospel and glorify Jesus. She was a devoted wife, a loving, wonderful mother and proud grandmother.
