Arthur "Squeak" Lee Stanton

Squeak Stanton, 80 of Vidor died Thursday, March 3rd, 2022 at his residence. A native of Orange, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Squeak retired from Pipe Fitter Local Union #195, he mainly work on air conditioning. Squeak enjoyed hunting and fishing, he also had many lifelong friends. He loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. Squeak served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and the funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Squeak was preceded in death by his son Douglas Wayne Stanton and his brother Henry Burton Stanton. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Connie Stanton of Vidor, TX, daughter Angela Stanton Leger and her husband Derrick Anthony, of Vidor… their 3 children: Dagan Anthony, Kadden Stanton, and Gabrielle Elizabeth, son Travis Lee Stanton and his wife Amanda of Lumberton and their daughter Madilyn Mackenzie,
Douglas's daughter Brittany and her 2 sons. Now squeak is with some of his closest friends Vernon Maxwell, Calvin and Melvin Turner, Roy Eastwood and Perry Don Moore and many more. He was also the Godfather to Vernon "Bubba" Maxwell.
