Barbara Ann Greathouse

Barbara Ann Greathouse, 75 of Vidor, Texas passed away peacefully Saturday, November 17, 2018 at her home in Vidor.  Barbara enjoyed playing Slingo, shopping, cruise vacations, and spending time with her family and friends.  Barbara Ann is survived by her husband of 58 years Howard Greathouse Sr; daughters Sheila Greathouse Woods and Melissa Phillips and son Howard Greathouse Jr and wife Charity all of Vidor, TX;  sisters Linda Nordstrom and husband Mike of Houston, TX and Bobbie Walles of Vidor, TX; grandchildren Melinda Greathouse-Middleton and husband Bret, Derek Compton, Sherry Godeaux and husband Cory, Ashley Phillips, Justin Small, Brittany Flores and spouse Natalie, Faith Greathouse, Richelle Glover, and Trace Greathouse all of Vidor,TX;  great grandchildren Hayden Davis, Peyton Compton, Baylee Gallien, Tynlea Smith, Aubree Gallien, and Allison Godeaux all of Vidor, TX; niece Belinda Nordstrom, nephews James Roy Kahlig of Houston, TX and Terry Vaughn and wife Amanda of Vidor, TX . Barbara is proceeded in death by her parents Albert Walles and Mary Walles Lombardo, brother Allen Walles and great grandson Tanner Smith. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 20, 2018 beginning at 6:00pm at Memorial Funeral Home in Vidor, TX and funeral services will be Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 2:00pm at Memorial Funeral home with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, TX.
