Betty Ruth Shepherd

Betty Ruth Shepherd, 99 of Vidor died Monday, September 18th, 2023 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care. A native of Beaumont, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Betty was a member of Central Baptist Church in Vidor and was a homemaker. She enjoyed working in the yard. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Lee Shepherd. She is survived by her children Jimmy Shepherd of Diana, TX, Wilson "Billy" Boyd Shepherd of Overton, TX, Pat Beasley of Vidor, TX, Sherry Martin of Arkansas, Jefferey Shepherd of Silsbee, TX, brothers Jack and Bobby Joe Maxwell both of Vidor, TX, 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
