Bobby Eugene Park Sr.

Bobby Eugene Park Sr., 88, of Vidor, Texas, passed away Monday, February 9, 2026, at his residence. He was born in De Queen, Arkansas, he was a longtime resident of Vidor and a well-known member of the community. Bobby was a faithful member of Turning Point Church. He retired from Phillips 66 after many years of dedicated work and later served as an oil consultant.

Bobby lived life with a steady hand on the wheel and a full heart. Whether it was the roar of drag racing engines, the beauty of antique cars, or a quiet morning spent hunting or fishing, he found joy in the things that spoke to his soul. Music was never far behind—especially the timeless sound of George Jones, which fit his spirit just right.

Above all else, he was a family man. Nothing brought him more happiness than his grandchildren, whom he loved fiercely and spoiled without apology. His laughter, stories, and generous heart will be remembered just as much as his passions.

. Bobby was also a proud 32° Mason and member of Lodge #1345 in Bridge City. He is survived by his children, Terry Park and wife Debbie of Hugo, Oklahoma; Tommy Park of Vidor; Suzanne Gresham and husband Dean of Vidor; and Amy Park Kulhanek and husband Kevin of Vidor; along with 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Sue Park; his son, Bobby “Duke” Eugene Park Jr.; his daughter, Cindy Lynn McGlothin; his granddaughter, Jennifer Park; and his brother, Lester Wilson.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories that will continue to ride along with all who knew him.
