A native of Smackover, Arkansas he lived in Vidor since 1962. Boyd sereved his country in the U.S. Airforce and was a member of the masonic lodge #1286. He was survived by his wife Rose Ford of Vidor, TX., Son: Boyd D. Ford of Vidor, TX., Daughters: Brenda Ford Fogal of Beaumont, TX., Angela Ford Barentt of Lumberton, TX., Brother: Jim Ford of Vidor, TX., Sisters: Lana Gau of Buna, TX., Jana Whittle of Nederland, TX., 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson.
