Cyprien Domec

Cyprien “ZIP” Domec, 77, died Friday November 15, 2002 at Hermann Memorial Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Arnaudville, Louisiana he lived in Vidor for the past 14 years. Mr. Domec served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy as a aircraft mechanic in Corpus Christi, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday November 18, 2002 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Sunday November 17, 2002 and a rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. He is survived by his sons: Wayne Domec, Dean Domec, Gene Domec and Craig Domec all of Vidor, Texas, step daughters: Glendia Jo Blackwell and Brenda Mae Garrison both of Vidor, Texas, Belinda Kay Able of Alabama, sisters: Hilda Dupuis of Port Arthur, Texas and Lucille Broussard of Nederland, Texas. 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren
