Dale Erwin Baxter

Dale Erwin Baxter Sr, 70 of Vidor died Thursday, December 8th, 2022 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, he was longtime resident of Vidor. Dale was a member of Maplecrest Baptist Church in Vidor and was a retired property manager for Capital One Banking. Dale enjoyed hunting and fishing, but he loved attending the events of his grandchildren. He liked to tinker around and could fix just about anything. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Monday, December 12, 2022 at Maplecrest Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Maplecrest Baptist Church with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Dale was preceded in death by his parents Willard and Virginia Baxter, brother Thomas Baxter. He is survived by his wife of 51 Linda Baxter of Vidor, TX, children Susan Bethke and her husband Aaron of Hamshire, TX, Dale Baxter Jr. and his wife Kristie of Vidor, TX, brother Beaux Baxter of College Station, TX and sister Sherill Cunningham of Alabama, 5 grandchildren Courtney Bethke, Katie Bethke, Hunter Weir, Tanner Weir and Brett Baxter.
