Daniel "Danny" Oscar Harvey Jr.

Daniel “Danny” Oscar Harvey Jr., 68, of Vidor, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Focused Care of Orange. A native of Orange and a longtime resident of Vidor, Danny was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church and spent many years working as a dedicated electrician.

Danny was a man of many interests. He enjoyed collecting coins, spending peaceful days fishing, and heading into the woods to hunt. He also loved riding horses, a pastime that always brought him joy. His quiet strength, steady work ethic, and warm spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.

Danny is survived by his mother, Eloise Harvey of Vidor, TX; his sisters Patricia Smith and husband Kenneth of Orange, TX, and Pamela Graves and husband Billy of Carriere, MS; as well as one nephew Sonny Smith and wife Renne` of Orange, TX, two nieces, four great-nieces, one great-nephew, two great-great-nieces, and one great-great-nephew.
